Connecting engineering. From calculation to design.

versortech is building fablecalc: AI to organize project intent, deterministic engines to perform the calculations, and a workflow that keeps engineering decisions with the engineer.

Less fragmentation. More time for engineering.

A design revision can mean reading documents again, changing inputs, consulting codes, recalculating and explaining the results. Our opportunity is to connect these steps so engineers can compare structural systems and make better-informed decisions.

  1. 01Project intent
  2. 02Confirmed inputs
  3. 03Deterministic calculation
  4. 04Engineer review
  5. 05BIM integration

The planned workflow connects AI, established engineering methods and existing modeling tools.

A technical foundation. A clear product direction.

The starting point is experience from Versor’s engineering projects. Selected calculation modules are already used internally; the conversational product and BIM integrations are being developed.

Calculation core

Loads, wind, foundations and geotechnics. Reference standards and methods are identified in the product roadmap.

Product experience

A conversational assistant, calculation documentation and 3D visualization that make inputs, checks and results easier to follow.

Connected engineering

BIM/API capabilities in development, with planned integrations into Revit and other BIM tools. Building systems and international-code expansion are on the roadmap.

Explore the full roadmap

Start with a focused engineering workflow. Grow into a platform.

Our initial commercial hypothesis is a subscription product for engineering professionals and teams. Foundations and geotechnics provide the first focused workflow; other disciplines broaden the product as each module is developed and validated.

A defined first customer

Design firms that routinely revise inputs, compare alternatives and produce calculation documentation.

A measurable first benefit

Evaluate time spent on one workflow, the effort needed to review it and engineers’ willingness to pay.

Room to expand

Additional disciplines and partner integrations can extend value within the same engineering team.

The business model and pricing will be tested with prospective users and pilots.

Technical depth, supported by business development.

We are seeking an ecosystem that helps turn engineering capability into a sustainable software business: mentoring, market validation, research connections and a focused route to the first external users.

Business & market

Refine the customer segment, value proposition, pricing and go-to-market approach.

Research & pilots

Connect with specialists, educators and design firms for technical review and assisted testing.

Product & integrations

Prioritize a useful end-to-end workflow and build on existing assistants, MCP connectors and BIM APIs.

Progress with evidence at each step.

The roadmap gives the direction. Technical reviews and user testing will determine readiness to advance.

  1. 01Prepare the next stage

Organize reference cases, define the initial customer segment and assess incubation requirements.

  2. 02Assisted external pilots

Test selected modules with engineering teams, document feedback and measure the workflow.

  3. 03A calculation-to-BIM workflow

Develop and test a first integration, including units, element identity and engineer review.

  4. 04Wider professional access

Prepare public access based on the technical, product and commercial evidence collected.

Dates are current roadmap targets and depend on development and validation.

Filipe Carboni Fim, civil engineer and founder of versortech

Filipe Carboni Fim

Filipe Carboni Fim is a civil engineer who graduated from UCS and a business administrator who graduated from UFPEL. His experience with Versor projects guides the product’s priorities; his engineering and business background connects technical development with the startup’s commercial direction.

An incubation path to evaluate now.

ITEC/UCS is our priority program to assess for business development and market validation. The non-resident format is a candidate for the software’s next stage.

Call 05/2026 · continuous intake, subject to available places

  1. 01Confirm company and business-model eligibility.
  2. 02Check availability and the applicable documents with UCS.
  3. 03Prepare the application around the product, team and next milestones.
Verified call details & sources

The ITEC page lists May 18, 2026–May 18, 2027; the consolidated call lists March 18, 2026–March 18, 2027. Both include the verification date, but the final deadline needs confirmation with UCS.

The consolidated call requires a legal entity with an elaborated and validated business model. The amendment requires a CNPJ no older than two years at signing. Eligibility and admission have not been established.

The latest StartUCS selection, Call 12/2026, closed on September 9, 2026. It focuses on ideation and business modeling for people affiliated with UCS, including alumni. No official date for the next StartUCS selection was found in the sources checked.
